tough to say, most aphex songs that I could consider "uplifting", really just let out all your emotion...
Alberto Balsalm Rhubarb IZ-US Analogue Bubblebath I
so If you are feelings sad, it will flow out of you (which is a good step towards recovery)
and if you are happy, you will be really at peace..
Actually, I think songs like flim, or girl/boy can only be uplifting, so maybe you could give them a try..

yeah...flim, girl/boy, alberto balsalm, avril 14th, contour regard, fingerbib, 4, xtal, actium, cliffs, bbydhyonchord, acrid avid jam shred, track 8 on ab5...all very comforting/happy...avril 14th kinda helped me pass my driving test...whenever i started feeling nervous.. i thought of that song and felt at ease...
µ-ziq also has many uplifting songs..try hasty boom alert
aminal: odd..i always think of 'my sound' as sad...still uplifting in a way...but its always been able to choke me up..
a good breaking-up song i guess though...i tend to like songs that fit my mood...so when depressed or whatever...i like sad songs...which help 'it all flow out of you' as xanatos said..in that case songs like my sound, iz-us, mookid, pancake lizard, nanou2 or even flim are good..as they all have that weird mixed emotion feel to them..

Hexagon I believe it's called, on disc 2 of SAW II? Or hey... you could listen to Pig & Moose =). I'd listen to that if I were down. Such a wonderful track.
