saw a documentary about 9/11, shot by a west-coaster than drove across the country to go to NYC, collecting opinions of people met at random. the most clever opinions on this came from the bums and the cultural minorities/black & latinos. the average white person came with either a media-controlled opinion, showed ignorance and stupidity, the more educated white people knew what lies to believe and spread. the power obviously tried to maintain us citizens in a state of ignorance for a better control, and it works pretty good. seems like a fair majority believes the lies they're told, pretty scary. |

I've been feeling the same way lately. Yesterday, when I was at work, some old cunt came up to me and started complaining that his wife got "60% less clam strips" in her dinner than last time they were there. 60%. Like this guy is keeping a fucking spreadsheet of how many clam strips his wife has each time they eat out, and that spewing out random percentages and statistics is going to persuade me to do something about it.
