http://giginger.co.uk

So I've been working on it, decided to try and use the
domain for something. Can people have a flick around see if
anything is broken please?

I know the downloads aren't there but I'm working on that
too at the moment :) They'll be put in place as soon as I
can.

IE might not work properly but I can't be arsed to fix all
that.

IE might not work properly? IE never has and never will.
Will there be porn available for download?

You can rest assured that there will be pornographic
material available in some shape or form. Check the gallery
for some porn.

In fact, I'll link you: http://giginger.co.uk/apps/gallery/Misc+Crap/Pornstars+Na...

As for IE; fuck it. They're still not going to support CSS2
completely with IE7. What a fucking joke.

the fade in feature works this way for me: it shows all the
content which is going to be faded in at first, for half of
a second, then content disapears and starts to fade in.
browser = firefox 1.5.0.4.

Damn straight!

Matvey: That's just my bad use of the Javascript. I can't
figure out how to do it another way. It's the only way I can
get it to work. I might remove it as it doesn't really serve
a purpose :P

i don't know how it works. maybe make css visibility hidden
by default and when fade in starts it could switch the
style.visibility property to 'visible'.

I really like the welcome screen, nothing seem to be broken
whatsoever. Damn right, boycott IE!
Do you already have in mind what you want to do with it?

ps: 2 weeks to go and my site will be up as well :)

That's an idea. I'll have a look into that mate. Might be
the better option.

Aesthetics: Link me up when that happens, I'll also include
you on the links page. I really need to increase the links
on there.

oh and after J198's comment I was sorely tempted to change
the if ie statement to pop up a message saying "Don't use
IE" and then it closes the page.

That was already taken by a Car mag in which 14 year old
girls flash their tits.
