I know you meant it as harmless but women can, quite rightly, be intimidated in a domain populated almost exclusively by men (check the member stats). I'd be chuffed if someone complemented me but then I'm a man and am here in the company of men. I don't have to think about assault etc the way women do. |

Manic Miner: I really fancy you if you really are the *3* miner willys on your avatar :) I think the point Jonesy was making was that it must be annoying for lecouer to get have people saying they fancy her etc. all the time. Personally I think she's cool for putting a picture of herself (rather than a drawing like I have) up and shouldn't be harassed because of it. That said I agree with Manic Miner in that he didn't say anything lewd and was being nice. |
