hi there

i'am having some trouble with the interent, the problem is
when ever i try to go to hotmail.com or any other
msn/microsoft website, it just does not load, the screen
goes white.

and when i try to log in for windows msn messenger its good
connection but it just does not load, it starts signing in
and just never logs in, it goes to that test function and
everything is fine.
then i noticed that when i clcik log in my password jumps to
7 , even when i typed in like a word thats not my password
and is like more letters, when i click log in it jumps to 7
for the password.

please help people i feel its something to do with firewall
but i don't know shit about firewall, and i tried looking
for firewall blocks or whatever and i don't know where to
look to not block sites or stuff.

thanks for your help, and please dont in here if your not
gonna help

cheers

Try to reinstall windows xp service pack 2.
You can get it here.
Go to control panel>add/remove programs and uninstall it.
Then install it back.
