Ok. Im kinda Jelinek newbie. I have downloaded his last album, and dont like it much. How is his previous stuff compared to the Pitch? |

I always imagined that Jelinek was an artist I would like. Maybe he can be to me what Autechre is to you. I can whine and bitch around about how boring and uninspiring he is for some years, then I suddenly find out what a genious he is? :) |

i love it all. farben goes even a bit more towards house, gramm is very minimalistic, and exposures a bit more experimental perhaps. it's all much his own style though, you can't miss it. however i'd really recommend you that jazz finding loop records. just brilliant that one. |

My favorite La nouvelle pouvrete. I think his latest stuff became quite a bit more accessible to a common listener. I prefer the records in which he uses as little sounds as it is possible to maintain the slightly nostalgic mood. So yes, Gramm, Loop-finding Jazz Records and La nouvelle pouvrete. |
