If an area is 31,108 ft² and the dimensions are 12x7 what
is the length and width of the rectangle in feet?

How do I work this out?

Don't worry I cracked it. Just had a brain fart!

(12x)(7x)=13,108²
84x²=13,108²
x²=156.046²
x=12.491

12x=149.903
7x=87.473
