You get this sort of stuff in games, quite entertaining. I remember there was a Saturn game (think it was fighting vipers) where they had modelled kinky underwear on one of the female characters, but then covered it in clothes. It was only through copying the player models off the disk and loading them into something on a PC and removing the outer clothing that you could actually see them. |

You could reasonably argue that if they were erect, the nipples were neccessary to accurately model the characters. For example, the way the clothing over the top would be applied would be different. It's also possible the artists bought the 3d models of the female characters in externally (and these are often, whilst not featuring genatalia, do feature accurately modelled breasts) and saw no point in/forgot to remove the old textures, as there was no way it could appear in the game. |

that sounds like a lot of hassle just to see sexy undies. but then, the dorks that would go through this to catch a glimpse probably don't have an acutal GF or MILF IRL for like BJ's and 69's and JOTF's. |
