Ok, I like this, but my .. question is, is it wasted in a live environment, elelments like dodgy sounds quality, some bird yapping behind you, people insisiting on doing "crazy" dancing, all that doesn't add to the experience, it detracts .. is it the appropriate locale to listen to THIS music? I think Ae should release properly some Live mp3/Flacs and that'd be nice for the fans. Though this is good as it is, mind. |

don't you understand? it's slow in the beginning - but will increase as more data is distributed among the leechers. the bits you've downloaded already, will be uploaded to other leechers as soon as they connect. have patience and keep your seeds running even when you've reached 100% - it will help your fellow members which are in the same situation as you were before. |

There are some more soundboard Autechre performances (Flex, Vancouver) and I'm sure they will be torrented here. I might do it myself later today if I figure out how to do it. |

I think I was allowed because I was the cheeky first. I don't know. I do know it worked and I'm glad more people have this. I also know that my Router crashed over night but thankfully AFTER I'd uploaded it at least once. I think I managed 180meg uploaded. |

People keep talking about Portland 2001. The Austin 2001 that I got from elusive is way better. The Portland version I have is 128kbps and split into 8 tracks, so unless there's another version, I am unimpressed with it. In fact the 2001 ATP recording I have is better than Portland (same set). There's a soundboard called "Live in Vancouver 1999". I think this is what was bootlegged and sold as 'autechre + aphex twin live!'. I don't know if it's actually in Vancouver or even 1999, I don't know what the venue was or the precise date. Gl0tch if you don't have the 1996 soundboard-- it's got a great unreleased track, Tri Repetae era stuff, off da hook. And of course there's Coachella. |

Yeah, I dont. :( I'd like to get my hands on it though. (hint, hint) While on the subject, we should really try to set up all the collective soundboard recordings we have as torrents on the xlt tracker. If we should take the ae-live petition seriously, we should together amass all the quality recordings we each have and share. If the powers that be catch wind of the fact that many people are actively interested AND collecting, they might realize that is marketable and release a proper live record. |
