i have this on audio, slightly longer, if i remember right the italian words say something along the lines of 'if this is the musical world today, thank god for acid etc' because he plays that cheeky girls melody or whatever it was. |

so fucking annoying ! It annoys me how the camera guy barely films the screen at the cool parts when you really want to see them. It made me even shift a couple of times to try and see around the frame automaticly. The music was brilliant though. |

RIGHT! Here's what i've got to say,THANK YOU! WOW! THAT IS SICK!! I have read quite a few detailed reviews of this describing how it progressed, and have seen photographs before. But here's the thing: my version is abit different, for a start it's audio and it's 1hr 27 mins in length 127kpbs stereo. from what i hear he did play for that length of time, starting with some breaks (he often does this, i've seen him many times), then the 'this is a journey into sound', then i think different versions of some analord tracks, all rcognisably him and having yet to do a detailed comparrison very similar if not the same here, except he plays a verion of analord 10 with more drums and feedbackish noises, then the gabba, dnb, peaches sounding bit 'hardcore on the brain', original badboy, and see the cut at 49.40 on the vid?..and where it (at the end of the vid) says welcome to the system it continues to get very mashed up. The ITALIAN WORDS that i was refering to have been mentioned in all the reviews, inluding Italian ones and also the funny pop medely he does before them. he then ends with 'circle bent' and ear splitting white noise. so different set order. MINE VERSION ALL HANGS TOGETHER/ MIXED WELL and deffinitely the Torino festival. at first i thought the vid was the middle first, but mine does not have come to daddy (i think,not that sure now!) What I have is deffinitely not a fake, deff Aphex (and extemely cleverly edited if not so), and this is obviously Aphex, so maybe he played two sets? But i've seen the festival line up and it didn't say so. SO I'M CONFUSED. recomend me a good way to send it and i'll but it up, (not yousendit because it dies too quick). this brings back memories :) man, this sound doesn't give any clue what it was like there. probably the most powerful and clean sound i have ever heard on open air. those glitchy sounds on top of music are way too loud on these recordings and the bass if fcuked up. but it's well worth seeing, the quality is still very very good! |
