it's weird that Confield is WARP128 and the latest album
BoC Geogaddi is WARP101. another one of Ae's tricks, i
guess.

i think they released Confield to randomly generate endless
random negative and positive discussion patterns about the
record.

SOmetimes cd's get release way l8, thus the gaps that can
be seen within the catalogue #'s and stuff like that.

Confield was #128 because its years ahead of anything else
on warp :P

Yo guys, I'm kind of new here so xcuse me for not knowing
the ropes. But lemme put mah 2 cents in, I mean, Ae always
come across as 1st class pranksters, do your copies of EP7
start with negative time? By the way, I find Confield to be
their best one yet. I like all of their stuff but this the
most mature: complex but not smart-arse (am I allowed to use
these words?) and even rather zen-simple in places. Really
great, I was afraid, after I heard EP7 that they're going to
hit us with yet another demonstration of tricky
edge-of-your-seat, faster than light, try-and-out-edit-this
programming, but Confield is actually a lot more advanced.
Unlike our Ricj's Druqks, I'm afraid which does tend to be a
bit formulaic, by numbers affair.

mmmmmmm Confield....

"Its like that itch at the top of your mouth that would heal
if you only stopped messing with it with your tounge..."

Absolute Brillance.....

To ironlung: Nicely put ol' daddy. By th way, is that nick
of yours derived from the Soar Throat's cover of Sabbath's
Iron man?

HUH, radiohead, is that PC, i mean IDM-wise? The stadium
rock mood should not go hand in hand with our self imposed
isolation, should it? Kidding, I used to love Radiohead's OK
computer stuff (I admit it only extends to singles, as zhey
never succeeded in capturing my attention to listen to a
whole album) but since everyone told me that Kid A sucked
bad, I decided to skip. By the way, what part of USA are you
from? I have an Ae live bootleg from NYC and am interested
has anyone of you seen 'em live, and what is it like. I've
read some reviews but...

I am in southern California....
I wish I had seen AE live...I have only heard what sets I
have downloaded...I am pretty sure I have heard the NY
show....

Killafornia? So what's the time in your area? A middle of
the night, right? Here it's morning, like office, boring
morning. What the hell are you doing surfing at this time of
the night? Shouldn't you be out partying, I mean this is
what Cali is all about, right? Are you listening to some
cool stuff right now? Like some of that Bay area laptop
stuff?

right now it is 12:40 am....

I wish I could be out...better yet at home sleeping, which I
NEVER do....

I am working right now...I am here all night working tech
support.
As for what I am listening to right now?

BOC - Peel Sessions

BOC forever!!!

Yeah, BOC pretty much floored me the first time I heard it,
the Music has the... is one of the best warp things i've
heard. Psessions is also good, and so is A beautiful... but
not as good as the Music... Anyone heard their new warp
thing yet? And about that BA crew, Matmos and stuff?
