it would be awkward if people talked about the latest
fashion trend, or videogame, or hollywood blockbuster, as
being "so negro"; like "that Doom film, what a fucking negro
film that is!"

that said, 1) I don't believe* in gay people (for real), 2)
I think "gay" has a proud history as a word for "happy" and
"joyful". So there we go. A dilemma.

(*I believe in man-to-man fondling and arousal, probably
even love, but there's nothing inherently "natural" about a
homosexual or a heterosexual or a transsexual identity

american fellow said
