Anybody heard this ? It's said to be one of their best work
here.

not my favorite orb release. i liked the singles on kompakt
a lot more..this release feels like a collection of the 3
singles and some watery filler.

maybe don't expect too much, just listen.

I heard it and like it. So far it seems better than Cydonia
for sure.

i don't really like the current style. judging from the
samples at kompakt it's better than the "cydonia" material,
and it's good to see them evolving again, but i haven't
really liked much by them since orblivion.

i haven't heard anything by them so far, except the remix i
was speaking about

orblivion is more like the "oldskool" orb. i like it too.
it's just they won't return to that initial vibe, won't
travel in time again and again. evolution is good.

The orb used to be great.

Ok. So this sounds like more of a throwback to their older
sound.

i'm loving it (okie dokie its the orb on kompakt, i mean)
right now. mild and relaxing listen. very mild techno. Long
time no listen to stuff of this kind.

ive got it, its a bit watered-down in my opinion. Orb peaked
at Orvlivion and Cydonia, i think

in my opinion cydonia is the lowest point of their/ his
production

I've been a fan of the ol' Orb for flipping ages. And this
is by far my favourite release of his/them. There was a
major downwards trajectory of The Orb during the Orblivion
era through to Cydonia (which is by and large terrible, the
Version 1 demo album of it is slightly better but still
poor). The Bicycles album was a lot better but still not up
to ol' skool standard (except maybe the last two tracks).
but this album is simply fab.

if you like orb - the album sounds great to you.

if you like only the first album(s) - this one might sound
shit to you

I used to trip to the Orb and Ozrik Tenticles, two band that
hit there peak a long time ago.
