I need a program for windows that will convert a batch of .flac files to mp3. Can anybody help? |

i used to do it with CDEX and some custom script that i found on the interweb. it worked pretty awesomely, but now i use dbpoweramp because gigigigiginger is radical. |

Use foobar2000 to write them to disk as wav then use lame and the razorlame front end to convert the wavs to mp3. |

the flac frontend is free on the official flac site, just extract the flacs to wav then convert them to mp3 using whatever you usually use to convert mp3s. |

if you don't mind ogg-files you could use oggdrop just drag and drop a flac and get an ogg. simple as that. btw rarewares is a good place to find all sorts of en-/decoders for different kinds of audio-formats |

yes it will www.xcrusive.ismightier.com scroll down foobarali.zip or something it has all the settings for flac and shit unzip load a flac into foobar right click convert select mp3 and go you might have to go into preferences and change the location of lame.exe you need lame.exe (google it) for the mp3 convert, then in foobar just point to whereever you have lame.exe and press the DO IT BUTTON |
