Hi,
I've just had an email from Warpmart telling me that they've
sent my copy of the Hangable Autobulb re-release off today,
the 28th. That's nice. I might have it by Halloween to scare
all the neighbours! *wears evil grin*

I've not had one of those despatch e-mails in ages. They
just seemed to stop sending them to me.

Warpmart usually ships preordered releases a week or so in
advance, so it'll arrive at the release date. But the
shipping only takes 2-3 days.

Mashed potatoes

the Mart are shipping now.

are the last two tracks the right way around?
man, i love this release too much, i gotta get it even if
the tracks were in alphabetical order or something

It does sound a lot better than I remember, quality wise.
The track "Hangable Auto Bulb" .... the old RDJ magic
without the excesses of later work.... "Custodian
Discount"... there's a bit in "Children Talking" that still
reminds me of "The Box" by Orbital....this EP / Mini LP
should have come out in this format YEARS ago, at the time
in fact.

Did the release date get set back because they buggered up
the tracklisting and had to redo the sleeves? Have they
redone the sleeves?

Yeah, the last two tracks are credited the wrong way round
on the sleeve that I have. Have they corrected it for the
proper release?

you are the best, guys

anyways, in the other thread someone said it's from DAT cus
it's not from mp3s, not from vinyls
it's from a cassette maybe, or just played live from a
anechoic bathroom

They're both pretty damn good. I think the album's great, of
course my parents don't think the same but I don't care.
There's a small mistake in the tracklisting where the
lengths of Every Day and Arched Maid have been swapped
around.
