May I be hacked ?

I was ordering some stuff on Juno and when I clicked on
"send order", a 404 error page appeared. Then I went back to
the site, my shopping cart wasn't empty as it should have
been if the order had been taken into account, and I placed
the order again, this time it works (e-mail confirm). I
wonder if I might have been hacked, that would have caused
the error. In fact I've been told that this kind of error
may be a dangerous sign... Do you know ?

What I fear is someone debitting my credit card. By the way
it is limited to 350€ so it would be THAT dramating (but a
little annoying of course...)

No you haven't been hacked.

you cart wasn't empty because you hadn't paid or actually
left the site.

The kind of things has happened to me in August while I was
ordering some stuff on Amazon. I've asked for an enquiry,
which is still taking place (I didn't react quickly, only in
the begining of september actually...). For the moment I've
lost 170€... I hope I'll get them back.

I don't see why a 404 would mean you've been hacked.

then again, it is you, so your computer probably got hacked
ages ago.

you can reverse any credit card charges within something
like a month - even legal ones.

yeah, i would think your bank should be able to handle it.
it may be a bit of a hastle, but most of the time you would
go through them and file for "fraudulent charges" and they
may even freeze your current card # and issue you another
one.

Well I don't know for the moment, but the moment when I was

ordered something there... dunno

Your shopping cart is generally a cookie or in server-side
storage.

now, if you got a 404, and you went "back" you might have
had your cookie cleared, and thus, shopping cart emptied.

Here's a thought, how about you CALL THE FUCKING PLACE and
tell them what ahppened and have them double check your
order to make sure nothing was double-ordered or the sorts.

TMPP while you're at it
