so anyone have any tips for getting to the second page of a
thread, other than manually editing the word 'index' out of
the url?

i just select newest messages first, but that works only if
you check threads often... other than than, manual editing
too.

also, like when you go to the second page, and the URL looks
like this:

http://xltronic.com/mb/index81504/50

you can manually remove the "index"

http://xltronic.com/mb/index81504/50

so that the URL becomes

http://xltronic.com/mb/81504/50

and it will work.

I obviously know little about this, but is it that hard to
just remove the "index"-bit from those urls?

they're put in there automatically, right?

anyway, as qrter says, it shouldn't be too hard, but that'd
probably be tune's job... should only be a matter of
removing "index" from that particular portion of the
script...
