i got influenced by some punks i know who wear this type of keds - punks wear them as they are stylish shoes, loving them and putting them into the light for everyone to see. these keds are the cheapest form of footwear here. They feel good on my feet. Rather good. For two or three days they look nice, then they collect dirt very much and get tired of life. after two weeks both keds got small holes where my toes are. This sucked. I went and bought another pair (22 UAH = $4.4) and they have already got the same kind of holes in same places. I wonder how punks cope with that. |

Matvey, I need those shoes!!! It's been a while since you could get such nonames in Poland. Even punks started wearing Dr. Martens (also for self-defense). As fas as I know, even Converse doesn't sell its equivalents here, I don't know why. What would I give to get'em!!! 5$ is a fair price for a shoe that lasts 2 weeks. And I would use them only for mad parties which I don't go to. Do you by any chance know where I can get a pair of those in Lviv. My friend is constantly talking about visiting Lviv during the winter break. Do they come in all sizes? I have fairly large feet. |

i don't know, I've never been to Lviv yet. I think you can get these everywhere, cause i've seen them even in small town in Czech. About the sizes - guess 44th (what's your measurement system) can be found. They always come one or two sizes less than shown. |

I detest all the retro hype. But i then again i don't mind the odd classic being re-released. I still think some of the best kicks with the purest lines where released pre '90s. It's also when i was most into them, and today seing the odd retro gives me slight nostalgia. |

I wear a slightly different version of these (a bit of orange on the "adidas" on the tongue). I've had them for about 4 years and can't bring myself to replace them, on account of the vast majority of trainers either looking like chav-abominations (I have a pair of bright white pumas that I use for sport, but I wouldn't be seen dead in them on the street), or for comfy, durable, dark, single colour skate shoes (the only sort I like) they tend to be obscenely expensive. |
