does everybody else who hasn't yet registered at
allmusic.com now get this login page before even seeing
the homepage?

Well, I'm logged in, but the index interface is pretty
fucking terrible at the moment. I'm guessing they're
changing the site around, and that it's just a temporary
thing. Hopefully it won't require registration in the
future.

weirdest thing is I hit login. nothing happens. then when I
go to "questions" I get to see a semi-normal page and it
says in the corner "welcome, janeiro".

janeiro..?

so I logout and login again. "welcome, Doug".

OK, now it's loading. I see a logon but it's at the top. The
rest of the page is there.

you hit login and then it pretty much reloads the login
page.

but if you then click on "questions" you too can find out
your new name!

It's the best thing I've found for verifying classical music
stuffs. Other than that, I rarely use it.
