Sooooo. I thought the whole idea of buying music through
here was so that you could copy it onto your iPod....

What the fuck is this m4p file shit and why won't it let me
convert it to mp3 so I can have ti on my iPod?

I just tried to convert them to mp3 in iTunes

" Cock / Ver 10" could not be converted because of an
authorization error.

Well that's a fucking joke. Are they basically stuck on my
computer as they are without me getting them onto my iPod?
If so then there's a fucking complaint going out.

This is true but all i want to do is put it on my iPod and
it's not letting me and I don't know why. The help is
proving to be something I could sue under the Trade
Descriptions Act.

Finally fucking fixed it! It just wasn't authorizing it to
be played. Jesus christ. You'd think they have this done
already wouldn't you?!

That's what the problem was. Even though I was listening to
the tracks already they weren't authorised. I couldn't
fathom it. Fucking thing.

Yes, yes it was. Still doesn't make sense why it didn't
authorise when I downloaded or when I started listening
initially. Fucking thing.

so you have to wait a while before apple decide to authorize
your music before you play it?

mp4s are silly, you can convert them with sound forge i
know, but you gotta do it one by one. or just burn the mp4s
to cd then rerip it as mp3s.

And people wonder why we resort to piracy as an easier
option?

Bleep.com has the right idea.
