i do it with a refresh clickable thingy on top..i'd say i
use it about 500 times per minute.

yeah, i know :)

the thing why that is, is because i use firefox, and every
time i eneter a thread and then exit again i get the
previous thing..it doesn't refresh as it does in IE..so i
need to refresh it manually :)
