That's why you get paid, otherwise you wouldn't be there.
Why don't you try working in a Zoo, there's plenty of
monkeys in there happy picking each others bogies.

compared to "food industry" the zoo seems like a step up in
the world. Its definately has to be more exciting at the
least.

jobs are (unfortunately) not meant to cater to who you are.
you are meant to adapt to a routine put upon you.

maybe it's time to bite the bullet and take what you can get
while its available. take the time needed to improve
yourself.

definately an investment worth something to no one but you.
it just takes the thing that people hate sacrificing the
most: time

i do data entry; it is probably the least responsible but
easiest job i know of, speaking as a long-time
computer-user. i do their work in double-time and still get
paid the flat rate, giving me half my workday off everyday.

i've recently left uni so i need another job, i'll do temp
work. ~35 hrs./wk. with little opportunity for advancement
but it is possible that i'll get hired full-time at one of
the companies i temp for if i show good potential.

editorial: materialism has led people astray, ushering in an
era of overexertion for undercompensation; better is to
satisfy your spiritual and intellectual needs or desires
foremost, choosing a career or one or two jobs to support
you in what you want to do as a human.

*you* are important.

i hate jobs that aren't challenging at all, they're the most
depressing.

Me too. I think. Although, the most challenging and
stimulating job I've had was computer tech support, it was
nonstop stress and problem solving and I would never go back
to it. Undemanding jobs can be fun, at least for a while, if
you're with good people and aren't stuck in a boring room.

My ideal job at the moment is something where I could sit on
my butt and surf the net all day. This isn't a good mindset
though, it's caused me problems.

physics. its very challanging and im in a constant flow
through things which is a good mindset. also they were a
little impressed, cause i was well prepared for the job :)

This maybe stating the obvious but how about doing something
you enjoy. If you like playing video games find a company
near you and apply to their QA dept. If you like sitting
around doing nothing apply to a security company and take a
night shift somewhere. If you like getting baked and sitting
on the beach, well your shit out of luck, I have been
looking for that job for my entire life.
