Not if they keep making albums like their last few.

Christ I hate Billy C. Egotistical twat. The smashing
pumpkins were nowhere near as good as he seems to think they
were.

I must admit former liking of some their songies anyway.
Nobody is perfect.

I'm not saying they were terrible. But Corgan does seem to
believe they were a defining moment in the history of the
worlds music and that he was the sole reason for that. I
suppose the problem is with him and not the pumpkins.

he has been behaving strangely in the non-sp period - used
blogging actively, that myspace url I've noticed on the
article also sucks. It is like he was trying not to vanish
far from the scene by using these internet media in order to
preserve some of the fanbase. But his texts were so kind and
hearty that it is hard to blame him for something.

Lowly servants of My Chicago! Hear My words!

For I am Billy Corgan and God!

Worship My Holy merchandise! Worship My Holy career! I
shall assemble my horsemen to ride into Glory! We shall
play the Metro once more!

Though Ye be aged goths, Ye shall love us once again!
Polish my Chariot made from human bones in preparation!

Await my further instructions! That is all!

(a .pdf?!)

i'm listening to Machina right now, it's my favourite after
Mellon Collie and Siamese Dream... too bad/sorry if you
don't like it. (i concede Machina II wasn't essential
though, especially the alternate versions of previous
tracks.)

anyway, i'm happy about this : )

well, that proves it: billy corgan is the "king of rock"
(read; becoming as weird as wacko jacko).

i loved siamese dream and mellon collie...and let's leave it
at that

this does sound like a kind of kneejerk reaction..

"oooh Zwan didn't sell enough, my solo-work sucks.. but
still I need money..!"

that's what i'm thinking.

still waiting for the fucking 1.5 mb PDF to download, i wish
details had been posted here in text.

Still, this is great news - depending on how many pumpkins
members are in the band. neither d'arcy nor james have
wanted to have anything to do with corgan for years now.

saw him live on friday, it was well nice. good night.

he is a totally egotistical twat, and he has a bad voice
(which you take to the more you listen to it) but the music
the pumpkins made was incredible. a very, very high
standard, consistantly.
