Boomkat is claiming 12 volumes in the series:

"Edging ever closer to the 12th and reportedly final
installment..."

That 12th sleeve might get a record after all...

Open for speculation, but it might be awhile before we see
it.

Well that is intriguing. As so far we've been told

11 releases with a rerelease of 10 including extra tracks.
11 releases with a straight rerelease of 10
a rerelease of 10 with the binder
a full rerelease of all the records but with picture discs
instead.

I'm probably missing some out here.

a full rerelease of all the records but with picture
discs
instead.

that would suck so bad, i dont see a point though of
rereleasing 10 with the binder..

The only place I've heard claims of picture discs are
messageboards.

Rephlex mentioned a repress of 10 end of summer in email.
This boomkat tidbit is the only other reliable source of
information I've seen.

No, I mean Analord 11. Last time I checked, it was 3 tracks,
not 4...

the rumor of the picture disc can be traced back to
ear-rational music...

analord 10 on ear-rational

12" vinyl picture disc, Aphex Twin logo both sides, in clear
pvc sleeve with sticker. This record completes the
highly-acclaimed Analord series, produced by Richard D.
James, for the time being. The style is rhythmic & melodic
electronic music in the much-loved AFX style. The music is
suitable for public performance as well as home listening.
It's a re-issue of the tracks that came with the
now-infamous Analord binder, which was available for a
limited period from rephlex.com.

so technically this re-issue of 10 could be the 12 record.
OR there could be a Vol 12. but who the fuck knows
