What an amazing night. ol' luke played both xmd5a (first)
and fenix funk... and my red hot car.. really great set but
it was very slow to start off with (although i was well
digging tribe called quest's Steve Biko [stir it up]) and i
think that kinda put a downer on the crowd who'd been
enjoying a very, very, very fucking impressive live set from
an irish guy, who's friends with my new raver friends.

It was over at fucking 12:30 though, FUCKING 12:30,
and i was still well up, so went down to The Legal Eagle for
what promised to be techno downstairs and JUNGLE / DRUM N
BASS (yay) upstairs.

Fucking thing was like a lock-in. No open doors. Just
pumping music coming out of it, taunting us.

SO, I never even got to take advantage of KEYFUMBLER's
generosity - i'm completely out of cash and had to get a
loan from friends at home to actually get into the gig in
the first place - as he most kindly sorted me out with 2
euros to get into this bloody locked-up shop.

So, alex! Next time we're out you're having many a pint on
me, d'ya hear? I'll be starting work in Ericsson (yay!) on
the 20th and will have plenty of moneys. You're a god
amongst mere mortals! :)

yes there was a nice variety, from a little hiphop, to
electro, to a considerable amount of acid and some dnb/drill
at the end.

do check him out..

hiya... yep the guy was tip tops. Slow start, hippity hop
then eclctro, acid techno and jungle. Didn't hear much LV
stuff itself. Loved it when "Reh hot car" cames on as it'd
been a while since i bopped to it. The warmpup guy(?) was
excellent.. live laptop autechre like beats.

Redrum.... no worries mate. Did you say you were hookingb up
with gignger for Glade? Is there a thread i missed on
that... noice one!
