Star Wars III : Worst Moment

Was I the only one to cringe openly the newly-helmeted
Darth Vader learns of Padme's death and throws his arms
aloft, releasing a dramatic cry of "NOOOOOOOOOOO" ?

Other than that, I thought it was good - quite intense in
parts, although as usual, the light-saber fights are all
yawnsome.

7.5 / 10

the worst moment is when the film begins
the best is when it ends

My favorite bad scene was when Palpatine said "Remember when
you told be about your mother.. and the sandpeople?"

..and you faintly hear a sandperson howl in the background.

Haha oh gosh guys, comeon

I'm afraid I failed to hear the Sandperson in the
background... I'm sure it will be detected at the DVD stage.

haha yeah that was awful.. Even James Earl Jones couldn't do
anything with that (it was him, right?). Nice film overall
though

The worst moment imo was the trailer to War of the Worlds
that preceded the film.

The emperor himself was awesome otherwise, though. Even
better than in Return of the Jedi

Anakin "You look so beautiful"
Padme "Becuase I'm in love"
Anakin "NO I love YOU!!"

So romantic.

hi jeroen, I'm okay thanks - hope that you are the same. I'm
at my mum's because I had to come into town to sort out some
stuff and had time before work to relax, but they just
called me in early, so I'm off again!

worst moment when i bought the ticket.

also:

- seeing jar-jar at the *cough* funeral....
- a shit load of jedi's not feeliing the bad vibes of
impending massacre
- when death-killer robots say things like "oopsie!"
- anakin taking 2 seconds to turn bad
- padme giving up on like.... rrrright after bearing 2 kids
and the love of her life trys to mind-choke her
- the vader "nooooooo" part
- another boring ligt-saber dual where one of them fall off
some sort of precipice and tumbles up to catch.. guess
what.. his light-saber *yawn
- the emperor's new face
etc
otherwise i rather enjoyed it

also, right before the NOOOOOOOO, he breaks his restraints
just like frankenstein.

that scene definitely comes across as funny, rather than the
dramatic climax it's supposed to be. and considering that
the main purpose of the movie is to show the origin of darth
vader, that's kind of sad.

so i guess i find it kind of funny; i find it kind of sad.

in all fairness to the frankenstein scene, if your legs had
just been severed by a lightsabre and you were walking on
bionic replacements for the first time, you'd probably look
pretty fucking stupid too.

keyfumbler: you hit everything a didn't like about this
movie, with the exception general greivous' retarded accent,
and that the ground battles were like 30 seconds of the
movie.
