would it cost forr the cheepest computerr (second hand)
that would be able to rrun XP and just a couple of
prrogrrams like AVG and the barre basics just to get onto
the interrnet?

i wouldn't spend more than 50 bucks for something like that.
but am around alot of junky computers pretty regularly.

If you don't have to buy a new monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.
Then you could just upgrade the one you have for less than
£100. If you need all the stuff that goes with it then
about £160 would get you a decent machine (all brand new
components other than a screen which you could get a 15"
office reconditioned for about £30)

Yeah it does, although it depends on the seller.

I was at a dumpstore where they had a secondhand system(XP)
for €150.-

I think second hand sellers will rip you off, get it off a
mate if you can, someone probably has a spare computer like
that they don't even want or care about anymore.
