I´m beginning to master this pretty good now. Its well fucking wicked walking around chatting with your mates, and you know that they are just copies that you made up yourself. I use to feel like Neo when walking around in large immensive cities made up by ME. Anyone else into this?

I once realised I was dreaming and with an infinate choice of things to do I went rollerskating on a big pier.
Do you have any suggestions to make this a little more lucid?

Yeah. Set your watch to wake you up early in the morning. Switch it off as soon as you wake up, and fall back to your pillow (now you are pretty much in an half dream state), start imagining things, like.. choose a landscape (its a bit of a risk to have your head make up one by itself, some time ago i zoomed into a situation where i sat in the middle of a room full of people, with my pants down at a toilet). You know these purple-ish shapes that float around when eyes closed. They will form the landscape and make it visible. Look at your hands (in the dream, obviously), and keep concentrating. Zap. You´re in. This one works for me.

yes i fucking hate the fact that i feel pain and all other sensations in my lucids.
but yeah, sex dreams are hillarious. i do them alot. also flying is high on my list. and talking to friends, this is strange because I CANT SWEAR that i have subconcious contact with them during lucids. they get freaked out when i tell them though.

Binaural Tea: Ive never been into trying it or working up to it. But most of the time, the last hour of my sleeping pattern Ill wake up ever 15 minutes or so and be consious for about 5 seconds, and its not a rude awakining its... peaceful and very relaxed, and I can think for those 5 seconds... even.... its very much like Lucid Dreaming or it is.. because I can almost or totally control my "nexT" dream so to speak.

I don't know aboute dreaming, becouse I donsent dream or at least remember to much of my dreams. But I had a few experienses that you could emagin are veary similliar to luicid dreaming.
It ocured first a cupple of yers ago, when I was lying and meditating, concentrating on a blue print of some stange building, you could say I was walking around at the blueprint. And after some time when I walked in to a room I was in my aprtment say twenty yers ago whit all these strange peapol there. That time the expriense was quite fussy like I was realy stoned and drunk. After that I had similliar experieces, but it's a bit creepy, becouse before I go in to the "outer world" I cant move and the whole world slowly fade away in to something new (not always somthing plesant)
sorry for my crappy eglish
