It all could be sorted out through numbers... Shops could have a few avaiable computers, or searching devices in which you type your artist, or album... And then it gives you the number... It could be really simple. |

yeah... i totally agree with you. Let's say that when you type in an artist (in that searching device)... It could give you alternatives. Other artists that the device recommands you. Now that would be cooL. :) But we're used to the way record shops are organized... So a change would be too much to take for most people. |

all you need to know about genres is yes they are used as a marketing tool. but yes they do help assocation when making purchases, and yes they help in conversation to help make music relative for the uninitiated. |
