Yes, oh wonderous Ae. I must apologize for dissing Untilted. After listening to bits of it VERY LOUD, I have concluded that some of it is the most stunning music you've ever created. Yes, even better than Confield or Chiastic Slide (which are my faves.) I wish I could programe like that! |

i dont think any of the albums are derivative. the songs have been like all jams and headjams, i think less preponderant ever since we got ep7 i think, except for the gescom. more beat focused. untilted is definitely beat focused, all about the voluminous beats and it's on more of this hyperactive vibe that kind of leaves off from reniform puls in my mind. i think reniform puls could be its own album. i dont know man, fuck. |

to be completely honest i think personally that untilted is alot less preponderant. its less of a story you know. its more journalistic. draft is definitely more story oriented. with regret of quoting trent reznor draft7.30 is more "song" oriented to me. untilted is easier to cut up in your mind. goes by faster but leaves an imprint no doubt who the fuck knows though i'm going to think something totally different next week. you know? the fuck does it matter haha |

I have only one speaker. So, when I use my headphones I pan it to the middle. Well, I forgot my stereo was panned center. I started listening to Untitled and thought it was shit. I was like "what is this spectral, trebley crapola", "Sounds like all those no talents on em411"..Then I realised the panning was canceling out all the frequencies. I pan right. Wonderful. Excellent stuff. Best I've heard from them in a while ;)....I can't wait to hear the left channel! |
