it's ok, none ever had some weird liquids on them : ) they're just a little bit dusty sometimes - like pretty much everything in my room. i was just wondering because i've heard it could be a cause of cd players skipping. |

HINT: Toothpaste is a mild abrasive that can be used to buff out minor scratches on cds. Try it, it works (not on cdr's though). |

discs should never be cleaned in a circular motion. you must wipe from the centre outwards. you must do this because of the grain of the cd, it is similar to an but more delicate. |

does anyone own a cd old enough to still have instrucions written on the inside sleeve. i have a husker du album with cleaning instructions. 'use a soft cloth and wipe out, not in circles.' |
