liking electro doesnt make them cooler, smarter, sexier, or
more likely to liek you

there are lots of girlz out there who are into braindance -
stuff.

you should go to some rephlex-parties.

*MAKE* girls sexy ;-)

Hm I'm surprised Xanatos, I get the impression there's a
fairly gendermixed electronic scene in NY. Then again what
is it you consider 'proper?' And where do you hang out in
NY? Also I'm not surprised that notre ami(e?) à Paris sees
a mixed scene, but I don't know about these other cities.
Seems like the English and Canadian scenes are pretty
overwhelmingly male, huh?

WOA!!!
get a load of THIS:

i was JUST about to type something like "i dont know any
girls at all who are into real electronic music... bla bla"
but then just as i was hitting reply my
sister walks into the room and sais:"is this aphex twin?"
(btw im listening to afx)
well i wont bore u with the details of our short
coversation.. but she basically said that she was listening
to A (1) aphex twin song at her bf's house and she liked
it...
weird...
(btw hes the only person i know who likes aphex twin.. he
hardly listens to him/knows his music though..)

but now, other than her, ZERO

Arg, I can't find a decent girl PERIOD, let alone one that's
into Aphex.

Well lemmie see.......I'M A GRRRL.....and i was into APHEX
TWIN BEfore i met my boyfriend......what does that say. i
have my OWN mind and my own likes and dislikes in music.

it's wrong to assume that females are not into one type of
music or another...music is GENDERLESS...this thread tells
me you guys/gals need to get OUT more and meet PEOPLE who
like music....regardless of the genre...you'd be surprised
who likes electronica...ETC.

have a convo with people....not just girls and open your
mind/ears to whats out there

(sorry about this RANT but i get irritated when men OR women
assume something about the opposite gender)!!!
