yeah, fucking wankers. you can tell it was rushed. i put a1/a2 in very slowly, and it was *very* tight. I can see how it was just forced in there. also, there's 4 rings (for the binder) and some of my sleeves weren't even hooked to all the rings!!! im like WTF?! not to mention it came plain, I.E., no plastic wrapped aroun the binder, there was just a small cardboard box holding it. if it would have gotten rained on, water would haveteouched the binder easier. sheesh!!!! |

yeah one of my flaps, the one with the record wasn't attached properly. so what i did was i opened up the binder, put it back correctly, then closed it again. |

"no plastic wrapped aroun the binder, there was just a small cardboard box holding it." that's totally shit. they didn't even make an attempt to protect something you spent that much money on? the very least they could have done was pack it in some newspaper or something. they should have put each lp in bubble wrap and taped it to heavy cardboard, separately from the binder which should have been in at least some bubble wrap. for that much money, they really needed to send you an undamaged product. i mean, you have spent all that money essentially on the packaging, and then you get ruined packaging! that's totally wrong. i'm glad i didn't order this... i'm a bit annoyed just reading about it... those of you who have recieved damagaed copies should immediately demand replacement sleeves and complain. |

Maybe it depended on who wrapped it up then because mine was quite well protected. It was in the box and then there were layers of cardboard either side. No tears on it or blemishes either. |

well if some copies were properly packed - that's great. but that doesn't make up for the other people who spent all that money and got an unprotected, destroyed item - that just shouldn't have happened at all. i would e-mail them right away explaining what i got and ask for a replacement of anything that has been broken. and really, it should be sent at their expense as well. |

obviously, that aspect of the business is great for them. but it's wrong for any company to just throw their product in the box and expect the customer to accept a damaged item. it's exploitative and crass. |
