what do you prefer?
i want to move to countryside some time in the future..i just love the relaxed life, time seem to past slower and it all just seem so idilic..i would still want an airport nearby tho :)
i have real nice memories of my childhood when i spent a lot of summers at my grandparents farm...they lived close to two quite big cities but they almost never went there..they had all they needed in their village, see :) i want that.

Intellect is like a major city Laden with concrete, metal Advanced modes of transportation Shining buildings, and fenced in parks
Spirit is the mountain's forest wilderness and vast countryside that surrounds it Too many people live in the city Struggling day to day for mere existance Most have forgotten how to live off the land They only experience nature on class trips and short-term vacations
For those that live in the country Cities are like amusement parks with high prices and temporal satisfaction At the end of the day, they are tired and ready to go home, and relieve their ringing ears

Cost
City - Loads
Country - Loads, unless it's in a poxy little town in the country
Travel
City - Impossible to park, awful to drive round
Country - no public transport worth mentioning
People:
City - Souless, no sense of community
Country - Clique of inbred freaks
Nightlife:
City - More nightlife, so much so that you are woken up by it if you go to bed before 2am
Country - no clubs, pubs full of afformentioned inbred cliquey freaks.
Activities:
City - swimming pools.
Country- hiking, mountian biking
Result: It's a draw really.

haha nice, but "Country - no public transport worth mentioning" - why would you need that in the countryside? you can park your car everywhere or even better you can go everywhere on your feet or a bike :)
and as for nightlife, when you hit 30 you won't miss night life all that much..

city 60% countryside 40%
i love abandoned industry areas near city, which are almost reclaimed by nature, with as few people as possible.
Got very used to music, internet, computers. But love forest, rivers, lakes, sea.

I've been living in the countryside all my childhood and youth and stuff, I can't stand it anymore. It's boring and it's depressing and it's shit and it sucks.
