you have to tell us what happened. do you need to restore files from a drive failure or did you just accidently deleted a few files on your hdd?

Easy Recovery Pro is a good one. I used it a while back on a screwed up disk.

It wasn't me mate. Someone just e-mailed me asking if I knew of a program and I don't. I get the feeling it was a few weeks ago they deleted the files. I don't think they've defragged since then. I'll try and ring them to get more details.

If your computer doesnt detect a harddrive on boot, does that mean its fried? I don't care so much about using that harddrive again, but I have a bunch of files that I would like off it it.
Thanks!

Oh! When I have it plugged in with my current drive, both are not detected. I have the jumpers set right and everything. That's kind of strange, why would it effect my other HD right ...

it def. sounds like something is weird with your jumper settings. have you set the old drive as "slave" and plugged it into the same cable? or are you running two cables and each drive as "masters"?
