Someone showed me a site once where someone had some app
set up that scans the web for web radio stations streaming,
then compiles clips and bits of the audio randomly then
spits it back out as a mishmash of sound..

Does anyone know what this was called or if it still exists
or what the link is?

I posted it one time. I cant remember though. I made a
