no idm section then.
Just looking at that pic. It makes me think, the guitar is used way too much. I've actually grown to hate it. It's like 1 synth being used constantly by practically everyone.

You're right, the music we listen to is totally devoid of cliché and clearly superior.

wooo, what a surprise... a Ray Charles song nominated... of course he'll get a nomination, cause he did die... who cares if the music is even good?

well come on, those are the most popular dance acts... you can't expect a group no one knows about to be nominated...

i'm beginning to feel this way about drum machines... especially those "tkrkkrkkskx rtkxkltqsrkkrp rpprrktzkst qslqlqtl zzt" sounds, snare rushes or amen breaks or whatever you call them... well, i can still hear some if it's well used and not abused, but if it's like venetian snares i won't stand it for more than one second.
but hating guitar? that's such a shame... why not hating voices, or any sound that isn't atonal?? you'll be missing out so much! = |

it's funny, when it comes to more organic sounds like real instruments, people can listen to those sounds forever, and never get sick... guitars have been used in basically all types of popular music for the last 100 years...
yet synthetic sounds, like electonic music, people get sick of that easily... it's kind of strange... I wonder why this is?
