Ditto, I normally dislike his stuff, but this is great.

It'll be the first snares release I'll buy, methinks.

I thought Szerencsétlen was quite nice and then the
Amen break arrived.

Oh well.

Yes, it did ruin it a bit, but the typical snares "drill"
sound was even worse. Why couldn't the whole album be
classical sounding :-( We know he loves breakbeat-fuckery
and is good at it- show us another trick now! (please)

Sounds like Snaresy's got himself a semi-convincing
orchestra sample set (but not applied convincing reverb).
Sounds like it's going to be a winner though!

guess I'll have to download it or something.

Listening to the tracks I couldn't before (until I opened
IE), there are some devine musical moments in the samples,
but it all sounds very... fake? And Orchestral Drill just
doesn't work for me.

i just think that your opinion shows lack of maturity (no
offense, everyone likes other music)
but i mean fuck - is it good to say it is bad for an artist
to make music he made before ?
i mean me, and im sure much other people love his music
BECAUSE of his weird breaks and amne beats...

offline stefano_azevedo from Pindorama (Brazil) on 2005-01-07 08:35 [#01448938]

orchestral drill...
nice, but i really prefer punkstuff drill on chocolate
wheelchair or bleeps drill on hccbu

that "language" kinda reminds me a lot of hungarian but i
think the track titles are just something completely made

that

From the vsnares msg board:
"Move over, Girl/Boy song. This album is sounding fucking
perfect"

That's about right I think

its just hilarious that someone would tell a song, not an
artist, to move over.

also it's like hey man that song is 8/9 years old cut it
some slack

Not really, it still sounds like shit.

And he also used some kind of hi-hat, I guess.

I put a load of the words into google and they are clearly
real words in some language, I found 'masodik' could mean
masochism in romanian which sounds like the kind of word
vsnares would use

Hmm. Only 3 trax loaded up for me.

So far I'm mostly impressed with Felbomlasztott Mentokosci.

As for the trac titles' language of origin, I know not.
