The craziest thing is how I was chasing this guy down a very busy city street and NO ONE WAS FUCKING DOING ANYTHING. People were staring like they were watching some kind of goddamned movie. I even yealled "Stop theif!" <--lol@myself |

I chased a robber once. I was working at The Wherehouse Music in the University District. I saw this guy loading up his sweatshirt with video tapes and cd's so my manager called the police. The guy caught wind of it and made for the door so we followed him out. He started running so we were jogging after him. I kept saying, "just drop the stuff man. we just want the stuff we'll let you go." Then, all of a sudden the guy stopped and turned around and made like he was going to hit me with some object. I flinched at first but then i realized he was brandishing a Kevin Costner 'Dances with Wolves' box set and i started laughing at the guy. Then while i was laughing he ran off. at that point i was laughing too hard to make chase. ahh. good times! |

Identifications are really only usefull for that day. After they change clothes the next day, the facial description could be anybody. Anyways, maybe the guilt of stealing a dances with wolves box set will leave him to deal with himself in a just manner. I think an adequite penalty would be to watch it, one time through, and then dehydrate himself crying. "Thats what you get for being a crack-head." |

Well, I saw someone in great distress (a woman running out of the jewelry store yelling, "help!"), and my instinct was to help. After running for a minute I began to evaluate the situation, and realized I wouldn't know what to do if I caught up with him. But, chasing a criminal was the first thing that came into my mind.. not the last. And don't dis america so much I don't like half of it either, but come on I live here and I'm trying to save this country by chasing down every robber on foot and bringing them to justice soFUCK YOU IRELAND!! |
