Do you have a mobile phone that you can record voice and
e-mail from?

that's how I do it

there's this term called dynamics!

jingles need a lot of dynamics in order to stand out and
capture your ear... you do music, right?

Points: 47414 Status: Moderator | Followup to plaster: #01430570

for you maybe, not for me.

most jingles completely pass me by because they all sound
the same: lot of dynamics.

offline Dannn_ from United Kingdom on 2004-12-21 11:49 [#01432818]

I like the winning one but I had to listen twice to actually
hear any of the speech, I feel this may be an issue.

Points: 4173 Status: Regular | Followup to Dannn_: #01432818

yeah..i overdid it,because i first did the jingle and the
add the voice without making any space.

offline _awt_ from Malmö (Sweden) on 2004-12-28 10:02 [#01438126]
Points: 2202 Status: Regular

im not the one allways being negative, but i have to agree
with ecnaa.. i think they all sounded quite awfull, Plasters
was best though as it was more clean and "attention
grabbing" then the others..

i was thinking of doing a couple of jingles for this myself,
i felt that i could do something nice but for several "busy"
reasons i never ended up doing it, i guess making jingles
also requires the right state of mind to succed with
something nice

agreed.
i was making mine listening to it on sucky speakers. later,
when i heard the result in headphones, it sounded crappy in
the end. and the general idea is not interesting... that was
a first try, and not very successful:)
