heh :)
i sent them email. asking if they could replace it...but i
had to wait for it as it was as apperantly they were out of
stock.
if they say it's ok to send it back, i should probably have
to send it 'recommended' which means the postage is going to
cost me about the same this cd would cost if i'd order it
again...!?!?

They will have you mail them the defective CD before they
will send out a replacement. I doubt they reimburse you for
shipping (this has happened to me twice with records, but
it's never been worth it for me to ship it back, so I just
ordered new copies).

hey i got a broken vinyl from reckless records through gemm
and they still haven't reimbursed me yet.

also, i once bought a copy of geogaddi from best buy that
had an entirely different artist's music pressed on the cd.
i had no problem exchanging that though.

good luck to you tolstoyed.

decided to just keep the skipp, whatever i downloaded a the
track that it happened on and burned a full cd anyway, but
if it happened over more than a few seconds i would
definetly return it for a good copy

in the copy :) that made me happy

I had the same shit with the Pyramid Song CD from Radiohead,
it wouldn't play in my hifi but worked in one of my portable
CD players. I couldn't return it to the store because I had
robbed it.

I really like it. The sound quality of a stolen CD is also
much better than simply downloading sub standard copies in
MP3 form.

The reason you took it back to the store was because the
record sucked right?

The answer is yes.

It didn't work in your main cd player, which seemed to
suggest that was the reason you returned it.
You didn't mention that it sucks, but it does.
