So what programs do YOU use?

I'm using a combination of

DVD Decrypter
DVD Shrink
Auto GordianKnot

Can anyone recommend other programs?

I've had a look there and they seem to go for those programs
but I knew there'd be other programs offered up here :D

I've only done it once but I too used those three. I thought
DVD Shrink was especially cool.
