Anyone know about them? The bad guys can`t win, and a ton
of other nutty moral stuff. I heard there is a list
somewhere on this new fangled internet thing ...

Naw it was like a list out of real rules that you have to
follow in order to release a hollywood movie. I`m not sure
if it had to do with the MPAA or something, but like the BAD
GUY has to have some sort of punishment or loss, lots of
fucked up things. We learned about in media studies once, I
wish I would have paid more attention in class because now I
can`t find it hehehe.

haha!

"When men drink whiskey, it is always in a shot glass, and
they always drink it in one gulp. If they are wimps, they
will gasp for air, then have a coughing fit. If they are
macho, they will wince briefly, flashing clenched teeth."

Could be part of the rating system. 'Bad guys' win; higher
rating.

I didn't know Giovanni and Stoltz posted here...
ooh! mash-up movie title time:
"Killing 60 Seconds"
"Sky Pulp and the World of Fiction"
"Memphis Mountain"

OK what about the Denmark law that says you can only name
yer kids a certain name? That must suck.

Yeah, I took a history of film course a couple years ago, we
looked at that list. But it's out of date, filmmakers don't
need to follow those guidelines anymore, only during the
very early years of the big studios. Even though I think
they're still kind of officially ''on the books'', they're
meaningless now.

That movie cliches site is hilarious, heh.
