I have got pop ups coming out of bloody everywhere. It
occured yesturday and although I have been attempting to
delete all programs and plug ins that have been downloaded
recently I have had no luck.

I am hoping that one of you guys can help me out as I don't
want to loose 30 pounds in ten days!

try running adaware and some kind of anti-virus program.

run spybot search and destroy
run antivirus app

lather, rinse, repeat.

It is my work computer so there were some legit tracking
things on there but only about 20 or so (auto back up and
stuff).

Scared the B,jeezus out of me I tell ya.
