would you like bjork and afx collaboration?

I really wish she will ask him to collaborate with him for
her next album. How do you think the music will sound like?
Or dont you want such a collaboration?

I heard "Medulla" yesterday, and i noticed Mira Calix would
also fit perfect, there were similarities IMHO.

Is there anyone you would like to collaborate with Bjork and
how do you think it will sound like? :)

thank you :)

I saw a Bjork documentary on the biography channel a few
weeks ago, and there was footage of her in the studio with a
RDJ mask sticky taped to the window boot....was very cool
and weird.

I’ll see if I can find the tape I recorded it on, and
capture a snap shot of it

at bjork.com she said about richard the following:

"me and richard have talked sometimes about working together
, since 95 , but it has never happened , i guess he has
suggested couple of times we do something and i couple of
times but sometimes it is not about literally doing stuff ,
it is more a mutual support that is more important . i
personally don´t think richard´s music needs vocals , it
seems perfect as it is .

he came to my show in tokyo last night and it was great to
see him . he told me earlier that in that german article he
was misquoted . [...]

probably shouldn´t defend myself here but i was a little
hurt because this was so untrue . but sometimes journalist
on purpose frase questions and then edit the answers in a
way that they want conflict between musicmakers . probably
negative drama stuff will sell their papers better . which
is a shame ."

she's very keen of his music apperantly...i think it's
richard that isn't up for it. i wouldn't mind anything new
by him :)

I like both of them. Together ah... I don't know if it would
work. Like she said his work doesn't need vocals. But then
again maybe his new work will sound different to any music
ever created before. I live in hope.

she's got such a unique voice though I recon rich could do
loads

even if he didn;t use her voice for your typical vocal, and
just used it as a noise or whatever would be pretty cool

i'm not making an unsuccessful attempt at being alterrnative
when i say... i don't give a fuck what aphex does and that
he borres me. it's just a simple fact. i don't and he does.

no, i like what he has done. but that whole 'evil, whacky,
elusive rdj image' is borring. i'll wait to see how good his
next rrelease is and 'then' get excited if it's good.

no, aphex needs to work entirely alone neurotically. Any
outside influence will contaminate his eccentric genius.

Actually bjork lyrics would be terrific over the modified 2x
slow rdj and come2daddy albums I made.

oh, i hope he wont recycle old stuff of him... bjork knows
what she wants exactly. I mean Mark Bell makes great sounds
for her, aphex could beat them easily, i'm sure... it would
be worth listening i guess

I think funkstorung is the best ingrediant to add to bjork.

I would like to hear a Mirwais Bjork collaboration. I don't
think that Aphex Twin would work well with vocals. I would
also like to hear a Kylie Bjork duet with a video of them
fighting in a vat of oil.

does bjork "work" with anyone? or does she underpay her
lackeys to do all her work for her whilst reaping all the
benefits?

speaking about bogdan and bjork... actually aphex twin
mentioned that bjork and bogdan did collaborate for a track
together and it should appear on an album of her, but she
offered him only 10 % of the benefits, and he said fuck
you.

the end :(

I do wonder how much comes from her actually and how much
comes from the people she works with, like, for example, to
name one, The Mark Bell.
