6:09, sophomore year of highschool, so that was about 3-4
years ago, haven't done it since. I think we had to run the
mile 1 or 2 times per year?

Sit the patient upright.
Identify the transection of the second intercostal space and
the mid-clavicular line on the affected side and clean the
skin.
If possible, anaesthetise the skin and deep tissue (down to
the pleura) using 1% lignocaine.
Introduce a large (14 or 16 gauge) cannula just above the
third rib, advancing it gently until the tip enters the
pleural space.
Remove the central trochar and attach a three-way tap and
syringe (50ml).
Continue to aspirate until air no longer flows freely into
the syringe or the patient is uncomfortable or starts
coughing.

yes, it hurts like ....

evolume and i ran track and cross-country in high school. i
ran the mile in every race one season. 4:45 was my tops i
think evolume cleared 6'4 in the high jump. the odds are
pretty good we were both stoned at the time as well.

When I was running all the time I could do 1500m in just
under 5mins.

I think I would struggle to do it in under 10, I bought some
new pants/trousers yesterday and descovered I had gone up a
mesurement
