the aphex album didn't hurt as many people don't you think
bogola?

offline bogala from NYC (United States) on 2004-08-18 20:06 [#01308745]

no, but the inccesant "drukqs vs." "when is aphex going to
release good music" "what color is afx's colon" topics have
hurt as many people. Maybe. It's up there. Oh, don't
pretend that everyone and their uncle hasn't shit all over
9/11 and America for ages now. Atleast it's an American for
a change. I remember when the media was on hold for a couple
days after the attacks. I remember what I really felt, but I
forgot. I have been succesfuilly wiped of my convictions.
Yay!

hit.

Bogala, funny.

Many of my grandparents haven't forgotten about pearl
harbor.

....yet 9/11 was only in 2001. Just shows our ignorance.

Anyways, that is on a personal matter, and I cannot argue
against your opinion.....But it does hurt that you feel that
way :/

As for the "inccesant "drukqs vs."", dude who cares.

You're "joke" to mock all the "drukqs vs" threads.....pitted
against 9/11 is awful. Fuck you, m8. You didn't lose a
person in that, did you?

that way.

3000 innocents.

and my company's whole exec. board was supposed to be in WTC
that day. Luckily, the meetingwas moved back "LAST MINUTE"
to a week before.

no joke, but yes lost someone.

things that piss me off; I owned the experience of 9/11 for
three days, then the rednecks started singing and old men
started talking and everything went to shit. 2. Europeans
saying in an apathetic tone that we have only ourselves to
blame. I want to kill a Brit over Colonialism. They say, but
it wasn't me it was greedy old people that ran our country.
I didn't specifically have anything to do with that.
Exactly.

9/11 was just a bit more than 3000 deaths and NO, that's NOT
a lot of deaths.

it got big, over-mediatized, provoking over-reactions etc.
because of the symbol, because it happened in one of the
biggest and most influent places in the world - the "true"
loss was a fly wee wee compared to other events that
happened after. Bam, for example.

(of course, everything is relative)

i'm fed up with all the talk about both 9/11 and drukQs, but
much more fed up with 9/11 than with drukQs.
