Its quite... humbling. Yes?

They were playing this ambient music when the first lot of
countries we're marching in.

DJ Tesco could have at least varied it a bit, showed himself
to be just another cheddar trance dj in front of the whole
world, just a constant bpm with a bit of cheddary synth.
terrible.

Man, that was one uber torch.

Go Kanata. I haven't been paying attention, are there any
athletic phenoms there this year? People who are expected to
set records, like Ian Thorpe at the last Olympics and
Donovan Bailey at the one prior?

I really only care about the winter Olympics, though. And
only because men's hockey.

If Osama did not set his bomb at the opening ceremony he
won't ever will. I mean all the people were crowded in one
place. It could take 2 hours for them to leave it, and in
panic even more. Now we can sleep well.

I love the Olympics, although I rarely watch it. Nice to see
so much ethnic diversity and zero killing. Are you two
somehow against people putting their physical strength to
good use?

on the way to des moines, sounded great, then when we got

I watched the opening ceromony on NBC and after the boring
walking in with a flag bit they said and now a song by the
Icelandic singer Bjork, that's what I was aiting for.

Then the commentator proceeds in talking over the entire
performance. I was fuming, I hope Bjork sees this and vows
never to apear on that network again. Stupid Americans again
thank you land of the free.

I am still looking forward to the womens wrestling and high
jump.
