There's one happening outside right now. I know a couple of
people who get completely terrified, but i love them. The
sight of vast purple clouds and forked lightning with the
sound of pissing down rain and cracks of thunder...
fantasticzxzxzs.

Fucking hell carl, that's quite mad.

This is the biggest i've seen in ages, i'm hoping it'll kill
off some of the evil humidity that is making me so sweaty.
The biggest i've ever seen is when i was over in
switzerland, it sounded like the entire sky was exploding.

They're great at night with the window open. Hearing the
rain and thunder in pitch black is very relaxing! And I
prefer a gray sky now and then

Thunderstorms are fucking awesome!

There's no sodding storms here at the moment though :( When
I was at work there were loads here. When I got home they'd
cleared and it was sunny and the storms were over London.

Fucking typical.

This is not today I'm talking about.

I love rain in general.

I don't find it depressing at all, in fact it kind of gives
me energy.

Fo' sho'. The sound and feel of rain is great. I always look
forward to rainy, rainy autumn. It's kinda melancholy but
kinda nice. Mind you, the amount of dogshit hidden under
fallen leaves is rather annoying.

They're amazing... we had one recently, and it sounded like
the thunderbolts were crashing 3 feet away from the house.
They don't happen often enough... I wish there was a way to
inject some more friction into the clouds. Sitting in a dark
room doing dark things during a thunderstorm is fun, the
flashes are killerific.

Qrter- I love it too. Waking up to a gloomy grey drizzly
morning is actually a big pick-me-up. And when the clouds
burst open and it starts pouring... oh man, I want to dance
around in the puddles.
