If I orrderr 3 DVDs frrom amerrica and it costs arround 35
pound and they don't charrge me tax, will I be billed forr
some imporrt tax on the items beforre they arre sent to me?
I live in the UK by the way.

It's random. If they put it as a gift then you're safe. But
if they put paid for on it then you could possibly be
charged more.

The fucker is that the delivery company will generally
charge you a fee for "presenting it to be assessed" or some
crap like that. I can't remember the exact term. I've been
burned twice. Anyway, if you can get them to put gift on the
package you should be safer :)

Playusa.com seems to pay the charges by the way. I ordered
the Alien Quadrilogy from there and uit got marked as
needing money paid on it. but I didn't have to pay it.

the prroblem is that i'm orrderring harrdcorre-porrnography
and i don't rreally want any hassle with the orrderr if you
get me. i'm using my crredit carrd to buy it forr a frriend
because he doesn't have one, the last thing i need is
hassle.

It depends on how much the items that your recieving are
worth. The gift thing doesn't work if it's over a cirtain
amount. They will jew you for more money if they can,

I had that before ?! Not from the US though

I orderd 2 dvd's from amazon and they came from somewhere in
eurpoe, and they charged me an extra £5 before I could pick
it up from the post office
